The CUBIC diaphragm pumps are known for their high performance, power and sturdiness that make them suitable for pumping fluid with a very high apparent viscosity, of up to 50.000 cps (at 20° C) even when suspended solid parts are present. MB - Horizontal centrifugal pumps in Polypropylene, ECTFE, PPS-V

The horizontal centrifugal pumps made in resin are highefficiency pumps operated by an electric motor in direct drive (max. 3000 rpm) for rapid transfer and/or emptying of fluid, with a flow rate of from 5 to 55 m3/hour. The particular open rotor construction allows fluids, even when very dirty, with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and with small sized suspended solids, to be pumped with a continuous flow. Two versions are available with different internal mechanical seals according to the service.

How it works
The rotor, integral with the shaft and the electric motor, mounted in direct drive, is rotated at a pre-set speed creating, due to a centrifugal effect, intake on the central duct and delivery on the peripheral duct.

IM - Vertical centrifugal pumps-in Polypropylene and PVDF

The vertical centrifugal pumps made in resin are high efficiency pumps for fixed installations with the pump immersed directly in a tank, operated by an electric motor in direct drive (max. 3000 rpm) for rapid emptying of fluid, with a flow rate of from 16 to 55 m3/hour. The particular form of construction of this pump, in addition to not using internal mechanical seals (subject to high wear), guarantees that any accidental leakage of the fluid is collected in the tank. The open rotor allows very dirty fluids, with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and small sized suspended solids, to be pumped with a continuous flow. The choice of the pump's composition materials allows you to determine the best chemical compatibility with the fluid and/or the environment without forgetting the correct temperature field.

The vertical centrifugal pumps in resin are made up of a sturdy body and a column fixed to the bracket plate, above which is fixed the lantern that is the fixing element for the electric motor. The motor is direct drive mounted onto the pump's shaft using an elastic joint, supported by a radial bearing. The open rotor is fixed at the opposite end of the shaft. The construction of this pump allows the motor to be disassembled without having to remove the pump from the system.

TR - Drum transfer pumps-in Polypropylene, PVDF and PPS-V + PTFE

These drum pumps are portable and are particularly suitable for the transfer of fluid from drums, even with corrosive fluids. This pump, immersed in the fluid, does not use internal mechanical seals (subject to high wear), and its construction guarantees that any leakage of the fluid, even accidental, is collected in the tank. The TR pump is available with an electric or a pneumatic motor that are perfectly interchangeable. Its open rotor allows continuous flow pumping of clean corrosive fluids with an apparent viscosity of up to 600 cps with a 500-watt motor ( 20°C) and up to 900cps with an 800-watt motor (at 20°C).

How it works
The rotor, pulled by the direct drive mounted motor, is rotated creating a centrifugal effect, intake on the central hole at the end of the suction hose and delivery inside the hose.

How it works
The automatic diaphragm dampener is composed of a pneumatic actuator connected to a new-generation diaphragm (Long Life profile). The sturdy external body makes up, on one side of the diaphragm, the actuator's pneumatic chamber for dampening the pressure peak, and on the other side the fluid passage chamber. The compressed air that enters the counter-pressure chamber behind the diaphragm creates a pneumatic dampening cushion that regulates itself according to the stress exercised by the impulse of fluid pressure generated by the system.
