For kitchen, bathroom, laundry drains, and pipes up through 75mm in diameter. The tough Flexikern® Cables eliminate even difficult stoppages. The G75 has a patented Slide Action Chuck built right into the grip shield. Just slide it backward to grip the cable, allowing the cable to work through a stoppage; slide it forward to release the cable. Automatically adjusts for different size cables. As a result, you get your cable into the line faster, pull it out faster, and have full control at all times. Because the chuck is linked to the grip shield, handling is easy and comfortable. To switch to a different diameter cable (or even connect two 10 mm cables together), you just loosen three screws, pull the front of the drum off the cable, and load in another cartridge. Changing takes less than a minute and turns what could be a messy job into a clean one. The tough plastic cartridges are so inexpensive; you’ll probably want to store all of your cables in them. The G75 is equipped with a double insulated motor with reverse and variable speed trigger switch.
We have miniaturized our big machine power cable feed and put it on the G80 to give you feeding speed and convenience you haven’t seen before in a hand-held power drain cleaner. The G80 offers you a complete system for cleaning drain lines in kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc., through 75 mm in Diameter. With a variety of cables, cutters and accessories available, you have the right combination for any clogged drain problem. The G80 has a Quick-Change Cartridge System that allows you to switch to different diameter cables without pulling the old cable out of the drum and without making a mess. When working under sinks or in other awkward places, the G80 is like having a third hand. Just squeeze the feed lever and three offset rollers in the automatic feed grip the cable and drive it into the line. It is easy to use. To feed the cable, start the G80 motor and squeeze the feed lever; to retract, reverse the motor and squeeze. The G80 feeds 10 mm Dia. cable at 4,8 m per minute. The feed handles 7, 8 and 10 mm Dia. cables. No adjustment, disassembly,or additional parts required. The tough Flexikern® wire rope center cables eliminate even difficult stoppages.
The G88 is a real labor-saver on long jobs or when working in cramped spaces, where the weight of the machine could get burdensome. The machine can be operated in both horizontal and vertical positions to get closer to the drain opening. The Power Cable Feed drives 7, 8 and 10 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cables forward and reverse at variable speed (0-5m/min.) by moving control handle up and down - without having to reverse motor rotation. A 120cm long guide hose eliminates cable whipping, dirty fixtures and messy floors. You can even insert the hose directly into the drain opening to guarantee a clean job. The drum speed can be varied by changing the pressure on the pneumatic foot pedal, making it easier to thread the boring head through strainers and crossbars. The G88 comes with the same Quick-Change Cartridge System as our G80. So you can switch to a different cable quickly and without pulling the old cable out of the drum - another way the G88 is a clean machine.
With 23 m of 10 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cable and a 1/3 hp motor, the G95 clears lines from roof top to basement, including kitchen, bath and laundry drains. You can do heavier work in 100 mm Dia. lines when G95 is equipped with 13 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cable. You can remove the drum in seconds for more portability or to switch to a different diameter cable - with no mess and no lost time. A distributor tube inside the drum allows you to feed cable in and out without chucking and releasing the cable every few meters...so you finish quicker and your working area remains clean. For small drain work, you can switch to the optional Mini-Drum for handling the more flexible 7 mm or 8 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cables. For your safety, the G95 has a pneumatic foot pedal with no electrical contact between pedal and motor. The drum holds a maximum length of 30,5 m of 13 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cable that’s tough enough to clear stoppages even in 100 mm Dia. drain lines. The machine rolls on big 200 mm Dia. wheels, has a tough but lightweight tubular frame, and a tall folding handle that makes it easy to move around. The wheel brake locks the G130 in position on the job. A Power Cable Feed attachment gives you an easy way to feed cables, driving them into the line and retracting them without reversing the motor rotation. The G130 has a capacitor start 1/3 hp motor with overload protection. For your safety the machine offers you a pneumatic foot pedal with no wiring between pedal and motor and a reverse switch with an „off” position. Other important features include a quickly and easily removable drum and an optional Slide-On Container for handling small diameter cables
G145 is a sectional cable machine that drives 22mm and 16mm Dia. sections - or even 8mm Dia. cables for small drain work. You can switch from 22mm to 16mm and back by repositioning the chuck cone. No adapter required. Attach a small drum to the back of the machine to drive smaller cables. The G145 gives you more than versatility. It gives you power and convenience. The motor is a 1/3 hp capacitor type, so it delivers plenty of torque to the cables. Yet, as soon as you lift the drive handle, the cable stops rotating, so there’s no additional torque build up. You also use the drive handle to carry the machine. And when the G145 is in position on the job, its four point base gives it rock-solid stability. A cutter holder is attached to the back so your cutting heads are always with the machine.
G150 is a real advance in sectional cable machine design. It is ready for all your inside and roof top jobs. No mid-range machine has its versatility and power. Look at its versatility. The G150 is three machines in one. You use 16mm Dia. cables for lines up through 75mm, and 22mm Dia. cables for 100mm lines. For sink drain work, slip on a drum that holds smaller cables. And you do all this switching without adapters or tools. To operates, just feed a cable into the line and slide the back end into the machine. The excess cable goes into a guide tube. Turn on the motor; press down on the handle, and the G150 starts spinning the cable at 400 rpm. The cable stops rotating as soon as you lift the handle, so there’s no additional torque build-up. When using a drum for small drain work, the drum stops turning when you lift the handle to the neutral position. The G150 has a wide four point base for greater stability. Its interlocking tubular construction also gives it excellent durability. A heavy-duty sealed 1/2 hp motor is standard. To protect the motor from dirt and for easier cleaning, the machine has two internal plastic shields. An optional dolly is available for easy transport over long distances.
G250 has root cutting power plus the ability to do small drain work. The machine uses two different size drums, one with 20 or 16 mm Dia. cable and one with 13 mm Dia. cable, enabling it to handle 50 through 250 mm Dia. lines. Capacity of large drum is 30,5 m of 20 mm or 16 mm Dia. cable. It has a see-through inner drum cage that prevents cable tangling under load, while enabling the operator to see how much cable is left in the drum.
The variable speed Power Cable Feed drives 20, 16 and 13 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cables and has the pulling power to get your cable out of the line even on long, tough jobs. A Spring Guide Tube safely guides the cable into drain opening and reduces cable whipping and drag. You easily feed or retrieve the rotating cable without the need to reverse the rotary direction of the strong 1/2 hp motor. You can reverse instantly if you hit an obstruction. To adjust for 20 or 16 mm Dia. cables, you simply turn the knob on top of the feed. Getting to and from the job is easier because the G250 has big 250 mm Dia. wheels, V-belt stair climbers to get up and down stairs easier, and a loading wheel mounted on the handle to help you lift the machine into a truck. This lean but tough machine can really take a beating, with extra bracing at key stress points. The drum is supported front and back for longer bearing wear and smoother operation. This also adds to the overall strength of the machine.
For safety, the G250 has a pneumatic foot pedal with no electrical contact between the pedal and motor. The motor switch has an „off“ position, so the machine won’t start if the pedal is pressed accidentally.
Foot pedal with air hose and power cord can be stored on convenient cord wraps during transport.
The G300 combines root cutting power and big capacity in a surprisingly portable machine. A heavy-duty 3/4 hp motor with capacitor start and overload protection drives a drum that can hold 38 m of 20 mm or 45,5 m of 16 mm Dia. Flexikern® Cable. Strong enough to clear roots, grease, sand and scale from sewers. The frame is tough but light aluminum alloy. Look at the portability that goes with that power and capacity. The G300 rolls on 250 mm ball bearing semi-pneumatic wheels and has V-belt stair climbers for easier transport up and down stairs. A truck loading wheel mounted on the handle is almost like having another person helping you when you lift the machine into a truck.
In addition, we’ve made it easy for you to remove the drum if you should want to transport the G300 in two parts.G300’s power cable feed not only drives the cable into the line but has the pulling power to retract it, even on long, tough runs. Without reversing the cable rotation, you instantly can alter feeding speed to match the resistance in the line. Chew into stoppages as slowly as one inch per minute and retract the cable as quickly as six meter per minute. A Spring Guide Tube safely guides the cable into drain opening and reduces cable whipping and drag. The G300 has a surprisingly slim 59 cm profile that lets you work in some very tight spots. You can get the machine through just about any door you’re likely to run into with room to spare. Another important help to you is a see-through inner drum cage so you can tell how much cable is in the drum. Furthermore this inner drum cage prevents cable tangling under load. For electrical safety; the foot pedal is air actuated, eliminating electrical contact between pedal and motor. The motor switch has an „off” position, so that the machine won’t start if the pedal is pressed accidentally.
Every drain cleaning machine is only as good as the drain cleaning cable working in the machine. That's why we equip all our drum machines only with the patented Flexikern® Wire Rope Center Cables. Heavy gauge wire is coiled tightly around 42-strand wire rope and then heat treated. This cable has unequaled strength and the right amount of flexibility. The left-hand wound spring tightens against the wire rope center when a stoppage is reached, giving you maximum strength when the going is toughest.
