Style 7000 INDGRAF™ is expanded graphite sheets are produced from pure, expanded flexible graphite and do not contain any other fibers or filler materials. Expanded flexible graphite sheets are universally applicable for gases and fluids. They are chemically resistant against most media, have excellent thermal conductivity, can be stored indefinitely, do not need anti-stick coating and are extremely resistant to temperature cycles

Applications
 Because of its specific structure expanded graphite sheets are particularly suited for applications with extremely high or low temperatures, with highly corrosive and aggressive media, for sensitive flange materials (i.e. enamel, glass, plastic) and for gas and steam applications

Style 8000T,8000S INDGRAF™ Stainless steel foil inserted or tang inserted graphite sheet

Style 8000T & 8000S INDGRAF™ is perforated 316/304SS insertions or tanged to make it easier to handle and give a low permeability to gases. Pure expanded graphite tang core & inserted gasket sheet, with an inhibitor to prevent pitting corrosion. This form of graphite sheet is impermeable to liquids. It can be used in air from the lowest temperatures up to 550oC.  Good with all chemicals and has a high shear strength coupled with good resistance to thermal shock. Low diffusion rates, high blow-out resistance and high mechanical strength allow this material to be used at high temperatures and pressures.

Style 3000 INC INDGRAF™ Made from Pure Expanded Flexible Graphite with inconel wire reinforcement with a corrosion inhibitor: Thermodynamics Style 3000INC provides a wide range of gasket applications. Available in easy to install tubular shape and can also be used as a flat gasket. Style 3000INC upon compression will form an endless seal and bend to conform perfectly to any dimension. A leak proof joint is easily obtained by cutting and inserting one end of the tubing into the other as illustrated. Normally with the self adhesive on one side.

Style 9000DFG INDGRAF™ Die Formed Rings are made from Pure Expanded Flexible Mineral Graphite with corrosion inhibitor incorporated. Using high precision steel molds Bjseal Style 9000DFR are molded with the Graphite Tapes evenly wrapped and compressed under extreme pressure too many profile rings and sizes and of various densities.

Style 9000CGT INDGRAF™ is the die-formed packing ring style of our pure expanded graphite material. These rings are of a dense, smooth finish, consistent quality and close tolerance. These die-formed rings of pure, expanded graphite material are now the preferred material for most high temperature, high pressure steam valves, as well as many other static sealing. BJSEAL Style 9500 INDGRAF™ offers machineable, resin impregnated, carbon-graphite blanks for companies that need to machine mechanical seal primary rings, radial bearings, thrust bearing, case wear rings, or pump vanes on an emergency basis. The machineable blanks are made from fine-grained, high strength, molded carbon-graphite that is fully impregnated with chemically resistant, thermal setting resin. The material has excellent lubricating qualities when running in low viscosity, the blanks are readily machineable with conventional tungsten carbide or diamond tools. Mechanical seal rings, bearings, and vanes machined from these blanks are impervious to high-pressure liquids. The material is dimensionally stable so that mechanical seal ring faces can be polished to one Helium light band flatness, and the flatness is retained indefinitely. The material is chemically resistant to almost all liquids except extremely strong, oxidizing acids and alkalis.
