AARON Multifix Centralized high-Pressure Cleaning System Cold Water
General Description & function
As you know Certain cleaning operations require more than one person to be cleaning at the same time. Using single-operator units at each cleaning operation can be expensive and places the responsibility for the care of the equipment in the operator’s hands. A multi-stage cleaning system is a series of motor-pump packages connected to the same set of controls and responds to the demand for high-pressure water by automatically starting only the number of pumps needed to meet this demand. Multifix centralized cleaning system with 3 to 6 pumps is operating simultaneously and automatically with multiple drop points. System Constructed according to specific customer requirements. These types of systems are suitable for all cleaning requirements in the chemical, agricultural, food, and industrial sectors.
Operation
The Multifix pump system is installed in a plant room. Outlets from it are then piped around the factory and plug-in points are installed at each drop point of use. You can have numerous drop points but the number of simultaneous operators depends on the number of pumps. Therefore a 3 pump system means 3 operators can work simultaneously. As each operator connects to the drop point and demands more water, the system starts a 2nd and then the 3rd pump until the correct flow is achieved. When operators stop using a drop point, the same happens in reverse. The Multifix is a modular high-pressure system that will allow simultaneous washing throughout a building. It is available with 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 pumps and will allow multiple users.
