AARON IP35 Pelletizer Dry Ice Factory 35Kg/Hr
The AARON IP35 Pelletizer is designed in particular to produce a small number of dry ice pellets with a High Density from the Liquid Carbon Dioxide at a very low temperature. In order to produce the snow and the gas, you need a regular supply of Liquid CO2 from a storage tank which is fed at very low pressure. The snow is then compressed through an extrusion plate from an interactive single horizontal piston, mechanically lead. The gas transferred outside the machine is then released into the atmosphere. The AARON IP35 is a unit that works without using any oil. It is made with a special light-alloy lead by an electric engine. All parts are designed in particular to work on a laboratory table. This mechanic system is suitable for use with interchangeable die –plate in order to produce different dry ice shapes. In order to obtain excellent functioning, it is advisable to use Liquid CO2 without moisture. Carbon dioxide is melted and non – toxic gas easy to store in working spaces. It is electrically non – conductive and it is non –inflammable. The necessary types of equipment for this kind of plant are generally the following: a Liquid CO2 refrigerated tank. A pelletizer and a Liquid CO2 line for the connection.
